Description

Chocolate Cream Delight is a dreamy no-bake layered dessert made with rich chocolate pudding, fluffy whipped cream, mini marshmallows, and brownie (or cake/cookie) layers. It’s quick to assemble, perfect for parties, holidays, and cozy nights, and tastes even better after chilling.


Ingredients

2 cups chocolate pudding (prepared)

2 cups whipped cream

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tbsp butter, melted or softened

2 cups brownie chunks or chocolate cake pieces

1 cup graham crackers or cookies, crushed

1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows


Instructions

1. Crush graham crackers or cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with butter until evenly moistened, then press lightly into the bottom of a serving dish.

2. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream until fluffy.

3. Spread a layer of chocolate pudding over the crumb base.

4. Add a layer of the whipped cream mixture, then sprinkle on brownie/cake chunks and mini marshmallows.

5. Repeat layers (crumbs, pudding, cream, brownies, marshmallows) until ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream and/or marshmallows on top.

6. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours (or overnight) to set. Serve chilled.

Notes

Make-ahead: Chill overnight for the best set and easiest serving.

Swap-ins: Use chocolate cookies or vanilla wafers instead of graham crackers; use whipped topping instead of whipped cream for extra stability.

For extra chocolate: Add mini chocolate chips or chocolate shavings between layers.

Storage: Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days. Texture softens over time but stays delicious.
