Description
Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta is a creamy, comforting slow cooker dinner made with tender chicken breasts simmered in parmesan garlic sauce, milk, and cream cheese, then tossed with pasta. It’s an easy, family-friendly meal that’s perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
1 (12 oz) bottle Buffalo Wild Wings Parmesan Garlic Sauce
1 1/2 to 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, trimmed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup milk
8 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
1/4 cup grated or shredded parmesan cheese
12 to 16 oz pasta (rotini or penne), cooked to package directions
Instructions
1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and season with salt and pepper.
2. Pour the Parmesan Garlic sauce over the chicken, then add the milk.
3. Add cubed cream cheese on top.
4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours, until chicken is tender.
5. Shred (or cube) the chicken in the crockpot and stir well until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
6. Stir in the parmesan cheese.
7. Add the cooked pasta and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
8. Serve warm. Optional: top with extra parmesan and black pepper.
Notes
Pasta tip: Cook pasta separately and add at the end so it doesn’t get mushy.
Sauce consistency: If the sauce is too thick, stir in a splash of warm milk; if too thin, let it sit uncovered for 10 minutes to thicken.
Add-ins: Stir in spinach (to wilt), peas, or steamed broccoli right before serving.
Storage: Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container up to 3 days. Reheat gently with a splash of milk.
