Ingredients
1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
2 tablespoons pistachios, chopped (optional topping)
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper, leaving overhang for easy lifting.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and dark chocolate chips, stirring until smooth and glossy.
3. Remove from heat and whisk in cocoa powder, sugar, salt, and vanilla until fully blended.
4. Stir in sweetened condensed milk until the mixture looks thick, smooth, and shiny.
5. Fold in graham cracker crumbs and chopped pistachios until evenly combined.
6. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
7. Sprinkle extra pistachios on top (if using) and gently press them in.
8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
