Description

These Easy Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps are a fast, filling lunch made with tender cooked chicken, crispy bacon, sharp cheddar, fresh romaine, juicy tomatoes, and creamy ranch—rolled into soft tortillas in just 10 minutes. Perfect for lunchboxes, picnics, or a quick weekday meal.


Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped

8 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked until crispy and crumbled

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

2 Roma tomatoes, diced

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. Cook bacon until crispy, then drain and crumble.

2. Chop the romaine, dice the tomatoes, and thinly slice the red onion.

3. Lay a tortilla flat. Add chicken to the center.

4. Top with crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
