Description

A creamy, dreamy no-bake dessert made with Biscoff cookie butter, cream cheese, and whipped topping in a crunchy crust. Mix in minutes, chill to set, and slice for the perfect quick dessert—no oven needed.


Ingredients

1 (9-inch) Biscoff pie crust or graham cracker crust

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup Biscoff cookie butter (smooth)

3/4 cup powdered sugar

8 oz Cool Whip, thawed (or 3 cups whipped cream)


Instructions

1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth and creamy.

2. Add the Biscoff cookie butter and powdered sugar. Mix until thick and fully combined, scraping the bowl as needed.

3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until the filling is light and fluffy (do not overmix).

4. Spread the filling evenly into the prepared crust and smooth the top.

5. Cover and refrigerate for 3–4 hours (or until set). Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

For clean slices, chill overnight or freeze 15–20 minutes before slicing.

Optional topping: drizzle melted cookie butter and sprinkle crushed Biscoff cookies.

Storage: Cover and refrigerate up to 4 days. Freeze up to 1 month; thaw overnight in the fridge.

Make it lighter: reduce powdered sugar to 1/2 cup.
