Description
These Easy No-Bake Moose Farts are fun, rich, and chewy chocolate dessert bites made with cream cheese, cocoa, graham cracker crumbs, and chocolate chips—perfect for parties and no-oven days.
Ingredients
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup whipped topping
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Chocolate syrup, optional (for drizzle or extra flavor)
Instructions
1. Beat softened butter and cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
2. Mix in powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
3. Gently fold in whipped topping until the mixture looks light and creamy.
4. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and chocolate chips until evenly mixed.
5. Chill the mixture for 20–30 minutes so it firms up for rolling.
6. Scoop and roll into small bite-sized balls.
7. Place on a lined tray and chill until firm. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving, if desired.
Notes
Chilling helps the mixture firm up and makes rolling easier.
For extra fun, roll the balls in powdered sugar, cocoa powder, or sprinkles.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 5 days, or freeze up to 2 months (thaw in fridge).
Dairy-free option: use plant-based butter, dairy-free cream cheese, and coconut whipped topping.
