Description
This Fruit Cottage Cheese Cheesecake Dip is creamy, refreshing, and secretly healthy! It’s perfect for easy party desserts or a quick after-dinner treat—serve it with graham crackers, fruit, or cookies.
Ingredients
1/4 cup (about 2.5 oz) cottage cheese
1/2 cup (about 2.5 oz) whipped topping
1/2 cup fresh fruit, chopped (berries, peaches, or mixed fruit)
2 1/2 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Graham crackers (for dipping), crushed or whole
Instructions
1. Blend the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until completely smooth and creamy.
2. Add sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend again until fully combined.
3. Transfer to a bowl and gently fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy.
4. Fold in chopped fruit OR spoon fruit on top as a garnish.
5. Chill for 15–30 minutes for best texture (optional), then serve with graham crackers and fruit for dipping.
Notes
For the smoothest “cheesecake” texture, blend the cottage cheese longer than you think (30–60 seconds).
Want it lighter? Swap sugar for honey or maple syrup (start with 2 tsp and adjust).
For a higher-protein version, replace whipped topping with vanilla Greek yogurt (texture will be tangier and less fluffy).
Best enjoyed the same day, but it keeps well in the fridge for up to 2 days—stir before serving.
