Description

Bright, colorful, and unbelievably fun, Magical Yogurt Unicorn Bark is a quick no-bake frozen treat made with Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and dreamy swirls of natural color. Top it with sprinkles or fruit for a kid-friendly snack, party dessert, or playful breakfast idea.

Ingredients

Scale

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain)

2 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

Natural food coloring or fruit-based coloring (see notes)

3 tbsp mixed sprinkles or edible glitter (optional)

Optional toppings: sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango, shredded coconut

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, stir Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla until smooth.

3. Divide the yogurt into 2–4 small bowls.

4. Tint each bowl with a few drops of natural coloring (or a small spoon of fruit puree) until pastel shades form.

5. Spoon dollops of each color onto the parchment, spreading into a rectangle about 1/4-inch thick.

6. Use a toothpick or spoon to gently swirl the colors for a “unicorn” look (don’t overmix).

7. Sprinkle with sprinkles or edible glitter, plus any fruit toppings you like. Press lightly so they stick.

8. Freeze 3–4 hours (or until completely firm).

9. Lift from the tray, break into bark pieces, and serve straight from the freezer.

Notes

Natural coloring ideas: beet powder (pink), turmeric (yellow), spirulina (blue/green), or fruit purees like strawberry/blueberry.

Kid-friendly tip: let kids “paint” the colors on with spoons, then you do the final swirl.

Dairy-free option: use thick coconut or almond yogurt (unsweetened) and maple syrup.

Texture tip: keep it about 1/4-inch thick so it breaks cleanly and doesn’t melt too fast.

Storage: keep bark pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
