Ingredients
1 can (about 21 oz) apple pie filling
4 large eggs
1 box (about 15.25 oz) yellow cake mix
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking pan with oil or cooking spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the apple pie filling and stir until the eggs are fully incorporated and the apples are well coated.
3. Add the yellow cake mix to the bowl and stir until all of the ingredients are well combined. The batter will be thick, which is normal.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it into an even layer with a spatula.
5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
6. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes in the pan before slicing.
