Ingredients
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup pizza sauce or marinara sauce
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices (beef or turkey)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
2. Spread the softened cream cheese evenly in the bottom of the dish.
3. Spoon pizza sauce (or marinara) over the cream cheese and gently spread into an even layer.
4. Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the sauce, then sprinkle Parmesan on top.
5. Scatter pepperoni over the cheese layer.
6. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden.
7. Let cool 2–3 minutes. Serve warm with breadsticks, crackers, tortilla chips, or veggies.
