Description
Easy White Chocolate Peppermint Pretzel Crisps are a quick, no-bake holiday treat made with crunchy pretzel crisps, creamy melted white chocolate, and a festive candy-cane crunch. Perfect for Christmas parties, edible gifts, or last-minute dessert platters—ready in minutes and loved by kids and adults alike.
Ingredients
15 pretzel crisps
1 cup (170g) white chocolate chips or melting wafers
2 tsp (10g) coconut oil
4 candy canes, crushed (about 1/3 cup)
Instructions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the pretzel crisps in a single layer.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, add the white chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 20–30 second bursts, stirring each time, until smooth.
3. Spoon or drizzle the melted white chocolate over each pretzel crisp, covering most of the surface.
4. Immediately sprinkle crushed candy canes over the chocolate while it’s still warm so they stick.
5. Let set at room temperature until firm, or chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
6. Serve right away or store for later.
Notes
Work quickly after melting—white chocolate sets fast.
For smoother melting, use melting wafers instead of chips.
Swap candy canes with peppermint candies or festive sprinkles if needed.
Store in an airtight container to keep the pretzels crisp.
